Job Description

MAU is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Hendersonville, NC.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead and manage warehouse operations and team performance to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and talent development goals in support of Kimberly-Clark.

Required Education and Experience

Essential Functions
Customer Expectations
  • Serve as subject matter expert on warehouse processes, quality systems, and equipment
  • Provide direct supervision to MAU staff assigned to warehouse operations
  • Coordinate training, development, and scheduling of crews
  • Communicate directly with Kimberly-Clark leadership and regulatory personnel
  • Ensure compliance with SQDC standards and federal, state, and local laws
  • Manage raw material handling and process control
Talent Management
  • Lead, coach, and mentor warehouse team members
  • Resolve personnel and customer-related issues
  • Support and sustain Leader Standard Work
Crisis Management
  • Handle on-shift safety issues, injuries, incidents, and required reporting
Operational Management
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety and profitability
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain communication boards and respond to operational issues
  • Oversee payroll/KRONOS, attendance counseling, and problem-solving
Other Duties
  • Support MAU daily meetings
  • Fulfill special customer requests
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Standard office equipment use (computer, phone, copier, etc.)
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to walk up to 6 miles per day
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
Travel
  • Occasional travel, less than 25 miles per month
