Servers at Jōtō | CH Distillery (West Loop)
Jōtō is a vibrant sushi restaurant and distillery in the heart of West Loop, and we’re looking for friendly, professional, and motivated experienced servers to join our front of house team.

We’re proud to be one of the first sushi restaurants in the Midwest to dry-age our fish, and our omakase experience is what we’re known for. If you're passionate about exceptional food, service, and being part of an innovative team, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

✨ Positive, team-oriented attitude
🍣 Experienced server with restaurant or hospitality background
🥢 Sushi knowledge
💬 Strong communication & multitasking skills
📅 Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
🥂 Knowledge of sushi or sake is a plus
