1. Content Strategy & Planning
Lead market research in beauty/home appliances/digital FMCG sectors, aligning content
topics with user preferences and brand marketing goals. Establish end-to-end SOPs from ideation to execution. 2. Platform (APP/Website) Operations
- Own key metrics: conversion rates, user retention, and DAU growth. Optimize content-to-transaction conversion through A/B testing and data analysis. Design funnel models for traffic acquisition (social/SEO/ads) to private domain retention. Enhance DAU and LTV via targeted content. 3. Team Management
- Manage a 3 – 4 member content team (goal-setting, performance evaluation, skill
development). Collaborate with China HQ to integrate cross-bord
