Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Planners. In this role, you'll assist clients in planning and booking memorable vacations from relaxing weekend getaways to once-in-a-lifetime adventures.

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Prepare customized itineraries and travel options
Coordinate and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and tours
Provide ongoing client support and maintain accurate records
Stay current on travel trends and destination information

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus
