Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Follow company protocols for documentation and data entry.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and headset.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently.
- Self-motivated and organized.

- Prior customer service, call center, or remote work experience.
- Bilingual skills.
