Job Title: Project Manager – Water, Mold, Fire & Cleaning
Location: Norwalk, CT
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On-Call Rotation
Pay Range: $55,000 – $80,000 per year
We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects involving water, fire, and mold damage. Create detailed project scopes and estimates using tools like Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and DocuSketch.
Communicate with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Coordinate crews, schedules, and resources for multiple projects at once.
Ensure all documentation and billing requirements are accurate and timely.
Handle client approvals, contracts, and service authorizations.
Manage customer satisfaction and track feedback.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.
Attend daily and monthly team meetings.
5+ years of restoration and/or construction experience preferred.
5+ years of project management experience required.
PMP certification a plus.
Strong leadership and people skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
Comfortable working within budgets and tight timelines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and restoration software.
Must pass a background check.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to job sites as needed.
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
