It will help brands create emotionally resonant scents faster, more accessibly, and with greater creative clarity. Our technology allows us to explore vast scent possibilities, discover novel ingredients, and design fragrances informed by both data and artistry.

Osmo is headquartered in New York, NY, with a new facility in New Jersey, and offices in Somerville, MA.

Osmo is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Agent to manage the sourcing and purchasing of fragrance raw materials and general procurement for operational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in fragrance ingredients, packaging materials and inventory control in support of the operation’s goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries.

• Knowledge of fragrance raw materials and regulatory requirements is a plus.

• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems, specifically Netsuite.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
