Your Role
As Parts Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing department that supports both retail and wholesale customers across the region. You’ll manage inventory, mentor staff, and ensure smooth coordination between service, sales, and external clients—all while fostering the collaborative, upbeat culture Landers is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department
- Manage a robust wholesale business with regional accounts
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and accurate records
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of parts professionals
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to meet internal needs
- Ensure timely ordering, returns, and vendor negotiations
- Monitor department KPIs and drive profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale clients
What You Bring
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive parts management (Stellantis experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds
- Deep understanding of OEM parts and wholesale operations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
