Perform deck operations including mooring, anchoring, cargo handling, and line handling.
Maintain ship/offshore platform cleanliness and equipment as per standards.
Assist in navigation support , watchkeeping, and lookout duties under supervision.
Support offshore rig/platform operations , including assisting riggers and crane operators.
Conduct safety drills, emergency response, and firefighting duties .
Monitor and maintain life-saving appliances, lifeboats, and firefighting equipment .
Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance of deck machinery, ropes, and cranes.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and maritime regulations (SOLAS, ISM, MARPOL).
Report incidents, hazards, or equipment failures promptly to supervisors.
Assist in training new crew members or trainees onboard.
