Job Description
MercyOne Dubuque is in need of a Radiation Oncologist to provide FULL TIME coverage as soon as possible!
Schedule:
- Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
- No call
- Schedule Requirements: Facility is looking for full-time coverage. This is 4 weeks per month per provider.

- Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? No
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding): 0-1
- Trauma Level 2
- Adult patients
- EMR: Aria
- Credentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days
Required procedures:
- Conventional Radiotherapy
- 3D Radiotherapy
- External Beam Radiation - IMRT
- External Beam Radiation - IGRT
- External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Stereotactic Radiosurgery
- Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
- Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
- Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
- Orientation
- Hourly ($525 rate cap)
- Holiday
- OT ($787 rate cap)
- Holiday OT
- Conversion Fee (25k rate cap)

- Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing - [REQUIRED] (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)
- MUST be available to offer coverage for 4 week stretches at a time - [REQUIRED] (notate at time of name clear)
- Clean Background/Malpractice - [REQUIRED]
- Aria documentation - [ HIGHLY PREFFERED] Note experience at time of name clear.
- Local/within driving distance - [ HIGHLY PREFERRED]
