Activities

TotalEnergies is looking for an intern who will:

• Build and maintain business dashboards for supply team that deals with ~25MT of purchases and sales.
• Provide configuration support for corporate IT applications and data preparation tools
• Play a key role for several commercial reports gauging the performance

As an intern, you will support the RSTO-BC team by developing and optimizing tools that enhance business and financial analysis. Key responsibilities include:

• Power BI & Advanced Analytics : Operationalize Power BI solutions and conduct advanced data analysis.
• Dashboard Development : Create dashboards to summarize commercial activities and financial results.
• IT Support : Assist in tracking contract performance and streamline IT processes using tools like SAP and Medissys.
• Forecasting & Reporting : Organize data collection for forecasting exercises and support commercial reporting.
• Automation & Efficiency : Automate back-office tasks (e.g., Superfund tax, billing), modernize spreadsheets, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to identify data-driven improvements and provide training on developed tools.
• Application Support : Offer configuration support for corporate IT systems such as Integrated Data Information System and Material Balance reconciliation tools.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for candidates who:

• Are pursuing or have obtained a degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Have a solid understanding of refinery economics and unit operations.
• Demonstrate strong computer proficiency, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Are self-starters who can manage multiple tasks effectively.
