Pay & Benefits
- $14.00–$16.00 per hour (depending on experience and certification)

Requirements:
- Valid Virginia CNA or PCA certification. Also looking for companion aides.
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
- Clear and kind communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Your Role:
- Provide one-on-one, compassionate care in clients’ homes. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting
- Providing medication reminders
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Reporting changes in condition to the care team
