Growth & Direct Response Marketer
**Job Overview:**
AgencyCRM is a fast-growing SaaS startup that helps agencies manage talents and freelancers more effectively. We’re seeking a **Growth & Direct Response Marketer** — someone who can both **strategize for growth** and **craft persuasive campaigns** that drive measurable results. **Responsibilities:**
* Plan and execute growth strategies across multiple channels (email, social, paid ads, partnerships).
* Write high-converting copy for campaigns (emails, landing pages, ads, social posts).
* Manage funnel metrics and optimize for CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversions.
* Conduct A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and iterate quickly.
* Research target audiences (agency owners, freelancers, small teams) and craft irresistible offers.
* Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
**Requirements:**
* 1–2 years of experience in **growth marketing, direct response marketing, or copywriting**.
* Strong understanding of funnel optimization and conversion psychology.
* Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ad platforms (FB Ads, Google Ads).
* Excellent written English with persuasive communication skills.
* Startup mindset — adaptable, curious, and results-driven.
**Compensation:**
💵 $4–5 USD per hour (depending on experience)
