General Cleaning Technician – Brookings, SD
Purpose : Promote business growth and customer satisfaction by excelling in the completion of high quality and timely cleaning projects. Responsible for cleaning homes, offices, clinics, and other businesses.
Essential Functions:
- Maintenance cleaning which includes -- dusting, vacuuming, removing trash, scrubbing bathrooms, and cleaning community areas
- Deep cleaning individual projects with a focus on new construction, remodels, and moves

Experience and Education:
- High School Graduate or GED Required
- Ability to pass a background check including MVR Required
Physical Demands
- Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and occasionally 100lbs, to perform job functions
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures
