Location: Delano, CA
Shift: 1st Shift (Start time: 6:00 AM – flexible based on operational needs)
Pay:$18.50
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in a cold storage facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and at least 2 years of forklift experience, preferably in a refrigerated or frozen warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload pallets, trucks, and containers
- Move product to and from cold storage areas
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience
- Prior experience in cold storage or refrigerated warehouse required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures may range from 0°F to 40°F)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
