BizTek People is in search for an experienced Financial Analyst (Consultant) in NYC!

Location:   New York City (Hybrid – Alternate weeks Thurs–Fri)

Pay Rate:  $72-$82 / hour (depending on experience)

Duration:  6 months with potential for extension

Role Overview : The Finance Analyst (Consultant) will partner with the FP&A team during the rollout of a new reference data tool to support our clients standard business hierarchy set up.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and corporate teams to ensure hierarchy accuracy and consistency.
  
• Maintain the business hierarchy in Excel and support ERP integrations (OneStream, Workday).
  
• Reconcile financial data across systems and document critical workflows.
  
• Provide user training and uphold governance and reporting standards.
  

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: 5+ years in financial services or investment banking.
  
• REQUIRED: Experience with ERP/EPM tools (Hyperion, OneStream, Workday).
  
• Solid understanding of organizational hierarchies and income statement structures.
  
• Knowledge of GL concepts (profit/cost centers, revenue, expenses).
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
