Become a Key Player as a Financial Analyst 4

As a Financial Analyst 4, you will provide strategic, financial, and operational support for Adobe’s Document Cloud FP&A team focused on B2B customer segments. You will partner with Product, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Sales to drive analytics and data-backed recommendations that influence growth decisions. Work model: Hybrid, at least 2–3 days a week onsite in San Jose.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strategies for long-term growth and translate them into short-term execution plans.
  • Own long-range financial planning and modeling for emerging offerings, growth initiatives, pricing, and financial targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, markets, products, and competitors to size opportunities and identify areas to grow and compete.
  • Understand the Go-To-Market playbook across routes to market and align business strategies with financial objectives.
  • Lead ongoing analytics to generate actionable insights and data-backed recommendations; serve as a trusted advisor to senior management.
  • Drive in-quarter and quarter-end reporting, explaining the “why” behind performance for business and finance leadership reviews.

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant finance experience with deep financial modeling expertise.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-starter who can handle complex tasks with minimal direction and develop new strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a heavily matrixed, evolving environment; collaborative with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for process improvement.

Here’s What Else Might Help You Out

  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in subscription/SaaS businesses.
  • Management consulting or investment banking background.
  • Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau; focus on scalable analytics and reporting.

Pay Range

$52.19 - $65.23/hour
