We are looking for a focused and efficient Remote Data Entry Typist to help input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems. This role is ideal for someone who can type quickly and accurately, follow instructions carefully, and enjoys working independently from home.
Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Correct any errors and update outdated records as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Prepare simple reports and summaries when requested.
Communicate with team members to clarify unclear data or instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer and typing skills (40+ words per minute preferred).
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
