Job Description

Our client is seeking a contract to possible permanent Recruiter to support hiring across various roles within the organization. This contract to hire role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast pace, manages a varied req load confidently, and can learn a specialized industry quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting for specialized roles, maintenance, operations, dispatch, customer service, corporate functions, and technical needs
• Building and managing steady pipelines
• Sourcing through LinkedIn, specialty boards, industry networks, and academic channels
• Conducting initial screens and coordinating interviews, managing travel logistics
• Keeping the ATS organized and maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Supporting onboarding and contributing to a consistent new hire experience
• Participating in recruiting projects, hiring process improvements, and industry events as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience
• Comfortable managing 10 to 15 active roles at once
• Strong communication, organization, and follow through
• Ability to learn technical roles and certification requirements
• Experienced with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
