Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) /b>

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

Key Responsibilities: /b>
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
* Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
* Create and maintain data collection systems
* Provide in-class support and staff training
* Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
* Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans

Qualifications: /b>
* BCBA certification (BACB)
* Licensed through MA DESE
* Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation
