Pay: $20–$23/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
We’re looking for an experienced Assembly Lead to join a fast-paced cosmetics production team in Carson, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team of assemblers to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of assembly associates on daily production tasks.
Oversee operations including labeling, unboxing, packing, and product preparation.
Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment focused on collaboration and accountability.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Manage labor and material resources to meet production targets.
Track team performance and ensure work orders are accurately completed.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Enforce safety protocols and lead regular safety meetings.
Collaborate with Receiving, Inventory Control, and Shipping departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
2–3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role (preferably in cosmetics, manufacturing, or assembly).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and train others.
Knowledge of production processes and safety protocols.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
