Asphalt Paving Superintendent

An Asphalt Paving company is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. The Superintendent will arrange the work of several paving crews and provide on-site leadership to foreman and crews. The Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel. If you know how to lead a team and treat people well we would like to talk with you.

Asphalt Paving Superintendent

* 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving with stable work history
* DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred
* Train and mentor foreman and crew members
* Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
